Service Description:
Talk It Out is a 24/7 phone companion service offering friendly conversation and emotional comfort. This is not a therapy, counseling, or crisis service and does not include medical, legal, or financial advice. -
Eligibility:
The service is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. -
Booking & Payment:
Payment is due when booking your session. All sales are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. -
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
To reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded. -
Appropriate Use:
We ask that all users maintain respectful conduct during calls. If any behavior is abusive or inappropriate, the call may be ended without a refund. -
Privacy:
Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled. -
No Crisis Support:
Talk It Out is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline. -
Limitation of Liability:
Talk It Out offers a non-clinical conversation service. By using this service, you agree that Talk It Out and its team are not responsible for any outcomes related to your use of the service. Participation is at your own risk. -
Changes to Terms of Service:
Talk It Out reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. -
